This course is ideal for beginners to computing. It is intended to provide a basic introduction to IT (Windows and Microsoft Office) for those who have little or no experience of using a computer.
After attending this course, participants should have the confidence and skills to use computers at a basic level in the workplace or at home.
Delegates should also be able to progress onto subject specific courses, such as Microsoft Word.
