Online training and coaching sessions

Our coaching sessions are now taking place by phone or by Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams video calls, ensuring that our one-to-one support is fully maintained in times of Covid-19.

With the concerns surrounding face-to-face training in this pandemic, and with the need for people to still feel connected and valued, we have adapted our delivery, to allow us to offer instructor-led, interactive courses online, to both individuals or to multiple members of staff, wherever they may be working from, using Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. IT courses may also be delivered on Microsoft Teams.

Here at Inspire Training, we aim to replicate the high quality of training sessions, with the activities, participation and engagement delegates would enjoy in a face-to-face session but in a virtual situation instead, whether they are learning from home or from their place of work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are face-to-face training days?

One day courses are usually six hours of training. These may be split into two halves if preferred. A higher fee will be charged for two half-day sessions held on different days than for one day if no other training is booked by the same client for the remaining half day.

Two-day courses may be booked to run on concurrent days or split over two different weeks.

Are course manuals provided?

Course manuals are available at an additional cost of £7.00 per delegate.

What if I don’t want the off-the-shelf course details on the course outline?

We are happy to create bespoke courses in line with your requirements. If just a small amount of tweaking is required, then no charge will be made. If more customisation or a complete rewrite is required, then a development fee will be charged.

What is the maximum number of participants for the training courses?

Depending on the type of course we would suggest the following:

  • IT – up to ten delegates. We regularly work on a one-to-one basis too.
  • Soft Skills – from four people up to ten, but this can be discussed.

What do I have to bring for the training?

You will need a computer/laptop if attending an online course – with microphone and camera facilities.

For face-to-face IT courses, you will need a computer/laptop with the software you wish to learn.

For all courses, you should bring a pen and paper/notepad.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the training session?

Yes, a certificate can be provided to show you have attended the session. Please ask your trainer to ensure one is provided to you.
