How Effective Are Your Listening Skills?

Mark your score for each question: 5 = Always, 4 = Usually, 3 = Sometimes, 2 = Occasionally, 1 = Never

  1. I always show an interest in the person who is speaking

  19. I always clarify the meaning and/or spelling of words or technical terms that I do not understand
  20. I make continuity noises, such as “yes” or “ok”, and use my body language to show that I am listening
