This is a great video by Dr Axel Zein, the CEO of WSCAD, of a TED talk he gave in Stuttgart a few years ago.
In it he discusses what is takes to be a “Perfect Boss” and, amongst other things, suggests we should approach business in the way we approach a team sport. For example, he points out that the captain of a football (soccer) team isn’t necessarily the best player, but the best leader. He highlights the amount of training players do to perfect their skills and questions what training we do to improve our skills.
